Lawyer who specializes in Tax and Corporate Law, with over 20 years of professional experience. His professional experience has centred around providing advice to national and international companies in tax and company legal matters. Among other fields, Miguel has experience working in company restructuring, tax planning for family businesses, advising in tax inspections and checks, legal assistance in tax related trials and in non resident’s taxation.

He began his professional career in the year 2000 in Ernst & Young (EY), where he stayed until 2003, year in which he joined Deloitte, where he was the manager of the tax department until the end of 2011. In 2012 he founded MLT Abogados & Economistas alongside Alberto Moreno, a firm specializing in corporate law, where his currently a partner. Miguel has a degree in law from the University of Granada, a Master’s degree in Legal advice to companies from IE Business School and is a memeber of the Illustrious School of Lawyers of Málaga.
